A Day in the Life of an Associate:
As an Associate in the Client Service team, you will be the crucial link between our clients and the expert knowledge they require. You will manage multiple projects simultaneously, working with investors, strategists, and dealmakers at top-tier organizations. This is a communication-intensive, frontline role requiring you to multitask effectively across various workstreams.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Recruiting Experts: Spend a significant portion of your day speaking with experts who are uniquely relevant to client projects, often under tight deadlines.
- Understanding Context: Grasp the project and market context, including the legal and regulatory environments in which clients and experts operate.
- Taking Ownership: Manage all aspects of your projects, from initiating and managing client-expert communications to meticulously scheduling calls for seamless collaboration.
Ensuring Success for Our Associates:
- Business Introduction: Gain exposure to the business world without being confined to a single industry or profession.
- Skill Development: Develop transferable commercial and client management skills, including professional communication, negotiation, persuasion, and project/time management.

Requirements:
- A strong Bachelor's or Master's degree in fields such as Business, Economics, Psychology, or Business Engineering.
- Internship or working student experience, coupled with proven commitment and accomplishments in extracurricular activities (e.g., student organizations, community service, competitive sports), is highly valued.
- Strong client focus, resilience under pressure, and a high level of professionalism.
- A self-starter mindset with enthusiasm, drive for success, strong initiative, and excellent communication skills.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent Polish (C2 level) and fluent English and German (C1 level or above), both written and verbal.

- First-Year Compensation: €63,300 - €71,700 (depending on performance), including an annual base salary of €52,000 and uncapped variable compensation.
