About the Role

Quisitive is looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 CE Technical Architect to join our consulting delivery team. This is a critical, billable, delivery-first role focused on designing and building robust solutions for Quisitive clients. Unlike purely review-focused positions, this role demands deep engagement with the platform, tackling complex problems, and ensuring the highest quality of solution development.

What You Will Do

• Serve as a billable consulting architect, accountable for the technical success of client engagements.
• Own the end-to-end technical delivery lifecycle, from initial design through post-go-live support.
• Design and construct Dataverse-first architectures tailored to varying client complexities.
• Define comprehensive data models, security models, and environment strategies.
• Develop plugins, integrations, Power Automate flows, model-driven customizations, and Power Pages solutions to meet client requirements and support Quisitive's intellectual property.
• Engage with Microsoft FastTrack to validate solutions as needed.
• Provide technical support to the sales team, assisting with scoping and technical presentations.
• Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks and delivery blockers.
• Mentor junior developers through hands-on coaching and rigorous code reviews.
• Facilitate architecture and design workshops with clients.
• Contribute to the broader Dynamics ecosystem through blog posts, presentations, webinars, and conference participation.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• A minimum of 5 years of experience operating as a Dynamics 365 CE Technical Architect.
• Demonstrated success in billable consulting delivery roles or equivalent private industry experience.
• Strong architectural experience with Microsoft Dataverse.
• Practical experience with Power Platform Application Lifecycle Management (ALM).
• Proficiency in C# and JavaScript.
• Exceptional troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

What Will Set You Apart

• Prior experience with a Microsoft systems integrator.
• Previous experience leading technical teams, including onshore and offshore consultants.
• Industry experience with a manufacturing-focused client base.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent delivery engagements.
• Experience with Dynamics CRM or on-premises to online migration projects.
• Demonstrated leadership in architecture workshops and Proof of Concept (POC) development.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications, such as Power Platform Solution Architect Expert.
