Talent Network: Drone Operations Professionals

We are actively building a talent network of experienced Drone Operations Professionals for upcoming programs supporting advanced Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) operations and aerial logistics initiatives throughout the United States. This is a proactive recruitment effort to identify skilled individuals for potential future engagements.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct and oversee commercial drone operations in strict accordance with applicable regulations and established operating procedures.
  • Perform comprehensive pre-flight, in-flight, and post-flight activities.
  • Assess flight readiness and evaluate operational conditions to ensure safety and efficiency.
  • Monitor operational safety and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  • Support incident reporting processes and maintain accurate operational documentation.
  • Collaborate effectively with field operations, maintenance, and support teams.

Requirements

  • FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate is mandatory.
  • Demonstrated experience with commercial UAS operations.
  • A strong understanding of airspace regulations, safety protocols, and operational procedures.
  • Experience in Beyond Visual Line of Sight (BVLOS), logistics, delivery, inspection, or autonomous operations is considered a plus.
  • Ability to thrive and perform in dynamic operational environments.
