A&R Scout / Talent Scout (Music Industry)

Your Tasks:

• Scout new talent across relevant platforms such as TikTok & SoundCloud.
• Monitor current music trends and identify potential opportunities early.
• Proactively connect with artists, songwriters, producers, and partners.
• Participate regularly in A&R meetings and create A&R reports.
• Initiate first contact with potential signings and guide the acquisition and signing process.

Your Profile:

• Live and breathe music, possessing a keen sense for new trends and artists.
• Have well-founded repertoire knowledge in International Dance and Pop.
• Be communicative, confident in your demeanor, and comfortable in artist circles.
• Work proactively, structured, and independently.
• Speak fluent English; German is a plus.
