Your Role

As a Social Media Manager at Saint Sass, you will develop and execute creative content ideas for Instagram & TikTok. You'll think both creatively and strategically, understanding how to compellingly present products, adapt to trends, and build a strong brand story and community.

Responsibilities

• Own our social media channels: Instagram & TikTok.
• Tell compelling stories around products, launches, community, and brand moments, going beyond just showcasing products.
• Monitor TikTok and Instagram trends, platform updates, and performance learnings.
• Create aesthetic and performance-oriented newsletters in Klaviyo.
• Support influencer marketing and affiliate programs.
• Build and further develop our sexy Saint Sass community.
• Collaborate closely with our founders and the creative team.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in social media & content creation for a brand.
• Extremely creative, yet strategic and structured in your work.
• Understand how to present a product excitingly on social media, not just display it.
• Excellent sense for trends, aesthetics, storytelling, and community building.
• Proficient on TikTok and Instagram, using both platforms extensively and quickly identifying suitable formats for a brand.
• Flexible and agile work approach; able to adapt to shifting priorities in a growing company.
• Proactive and willing to go the extra mile; takes initiative and doesn't settle for 'good enough'.
• Reliable and meticulous; delivers dependable results.
• A true team player who shares knowledge and supports colleagues.
• Ability to prioritize independently without micromanagement.
• Good visual sense, understanding of modern, relevant, and on-brand aesthetics.
• Familiarity with tools like Canva, CapCut, Klaviyo, and ideally AI tools.
• Excellent German and English language skills (minimum C1 level).
• Experience in fashion, beauty, or lifestyle is a plus.
