You will take strategic responsibility for our digital platform landscape and actively shape the technological expansion of a rapidly growing energy company.
Your Role
You will combine strategic thinking with operational implementation and, together with your team, develop a scalable digital foundation for the next growth phases of ju:niz Energy. From Enterprise Architecture to Platform Strategy, Cyber Security, and Governance, you will take our digital transformation to the next level – pragmatically, modernly, and with real scope for design.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop our company-wide Digital Strategy and translate it into concrete, scalable solutions.
- Create a high-performance "Digital Backbone" for future growth together with your team.
- Be responsible for the further development of our enterprise and platform architecture – from ERP and Data Platforms to Cloud and OT infrastructures.
- Manage digital transformation projects end-to-end and ensure sustainable integration into our business processes.
- Work closely with various stakeholders from Operations, Delivery, Finance, and Management to structure requirements and drive implementation.
- Lead an interdisciplinary digital team, provide direction, and continuously develop structures and competencies.
- Maintain oversight of budget, priorities, governance, and regulatory requirements such as ISO 27001, KRITIS, or NIS2.
- Integrate new technologies, automation potentials, and the meaningful use of AI into modern platform strategy.
Your Profile
- Several years of experience in a leadership role in Digital, IT, Platforms, or Transformation.
- Familiarity with complex digital landscapes, enterprise structures, and scalable platform models.
- Ideally, experience in guiding transformation projects in dynamic medium-sized or scale-up environments.
- Ability to think strategically while making pragmatic decisions and driving implementation.
- Leadership approach focused on direction, collaboration, and team development.
- Ability to communicate technical topics clearly to both business departments and management.
- Structured, solution-oriented working style with the ability to manage multiple parallel tasks.
- Hands-on mentality, initiative, and a passion for shaping the future.
- Willingness to be present at our Munich location and relevant project sites for close collaboration.
- Proficiency in both German and English for stakeholder communication.
