About the Opportunity

Dayforce is searching for a strategic and results-driven Director of Partner Marketing to lead and evolve its global partner marketing function. This role is central to the intersection of marketing, alliances, and revenue, with direct ownership of the strategy and execution of programs designed to drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline. You will collaborate closely with our partner, sales, and product teams to activate a high-performing ecosystem that includes, but is not limited to, GSIs, SIs, consulting PE, GPO, advisory, and software partners.

What You’ll Get to Do

Partner Strategy & Growth

  • Define and lead the global partner marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with company growth priorities.
  • Build scalable programs that drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue.
  • Segment and prioritize partners, developing tailored go-to-market approaches.

Demand Generation & Campaigns

  • Develop and execute joint marketing plans with top-tier partners.
  • Launch co-branded, integrated campaigns that generate pipeline.
  • Partner with the growth marketing team to ensure partner motions are embedded into global campaigns.

Ecosystem Enablement

  • Create toolkits, playbooks, and campaign-in-a-box programs for partners.
  • Equip partners with essential messaging, positioning, and product updates.
  • Drive adoption of partner marketing programs through strong communication and incentives.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Partner with Alliances, Sales, Product Marketing, and Field Marketing teams to align priorities.
  • Serve as the primary marketing liaison for the partner organization.
  • Influence executive stakeholders and drive alignment across regions.

Performance & Operations

  • Define KPIs and measurement frameworks to assess partner marketing impact.
  • Track and report on pipeline contribution, ROI, and partner engagement.
  • Optimize programs based on performance insights and partner feedback.

Team Leadership

  • Build and lead a high-performing partner marketing team.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation.

Skills and Experience We Value

  • 8–12+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, with a strong focus on partner or ecosystem marketing.
  • Proven track record of driving pipeline through partners in a complex sales environment.
  • Deep experience working with a variety of partners, including GSIs, SIs, consulting PE, GPO, advisory, software, and consulting partners.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise go-to-market motions, including co-selling.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience measuring partner contribution to revenue.
  • Experience leading and scaling teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Additional Valuable Experience

  • Experience in HCM, payroll, or workforce management technology.
  • Familiarity with PRM tools and partner lifecycle management.
  • Global marketing experience.
