Your Role
We are looking for you as a new team member at our Bochum location as soon as possible to support us as a Team Lead Finance Accounting (m/f/d).
Your Responsibilities
- Professional and disciplinary leadership of the accounting team.
- Ensuring proper and timely bookkeeping.
- Responsibility for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB.
- Management of accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payment transactions.
- Further development and standardization of processes and workflows.
- Support in budget planning, forecasts, and business analyses.
- Collaboration with auditors, tax advisors, and internal departments.
- Active participation in the digitalization and automation of financial processes.
- Building clear organizational structures and workflows in an established environment.

Your Qualifications
- Completed commercial apprenticeship with further qualification, e.g., as a certified accountant (Bilanzbuchhalter).
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in financial accounting.
- Experience in the upper medium-sized or corporate environment.
- Very good HGB knowledge and confident use of ERP systems, SAP R/3 required.
- Demonstrated strong leadership competence and experience in developing teams.
- A strong hands-on mentality combined with structural and analytical thinking.
- Communication strength, assertiveness, and a clear drive for implementation.
