About the Role

Bottle Nexus is seeking a dynamic Affiliate & Brand Account Manager to cultivate and expand relationships with both alcohol brand clients and affiliate sales channels. This crucial role serves as the primary liaison for brands, creators, marketplaces, and internal teams, blending account management, e-commerce growth strategies, project coordination, affiliate marketing, and strategic partner development. The ideal candidate is highly organized, client-focused, possesses an entrepreneurial spirit, and thrives in a fast-paced startup setting. You will manage a substantial portfolio of accounts, establish efficient processes, oversee cross-functional projects, and identify innovative growth avenues for brands and affiliates.

This is a remote position requiring candidates to be based in the United States.

What You'll Do

Manage Brand Accounts

  • Oversee and grow relationships with approximately 100 alcohol brand accounts.
  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned brands, driving e-commerce sales through Bottle Nexus platforms.
  • Identify new revenue streams across brand websites, affiliate networks, marketplaces, and strategic programs.
  • Build strong, trust-based partnerships to maximize brand value on the Bottle Nexus platform.

Manage Affiliate & Partner Channels

  • Manage and grow relationships with approximately 30 affiliate channels, including influencers, creators, publishers, barrel-picking clubs, and marketplaces.
  • Support affiliate partners with product sourcing, fulfillment coordination, and promotional planning.
  • Facilitate strategic pairings between brands and affiliates to create synergistic sales programs.
  • Develop scalable workflows for affiliate onboarding, campaign execution, and performance tracking.

Coordinate Cross-Functional Projects

  • Collaborate closely with product, engineering, compliance, marketing, and operations teams.
  • Manage launches, campaigns, affiliate programs, and operational workflows, ensuring timely and compliant execution.
  • Translate client and partner needs into actionable internal tasks.

Drive Strategic Growth

  • Contribute to shaping the future of Bottle Nexus' alcohol e-commerce ecosystem across various channels.
  • Generate creative strategies for brands to leverage affiliate marketing, creators, and marketplaces for compliant online sales.
  • Represent Bottle Nexus professionally at industry events and client meetings.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in account management, project management, brand management, marketing operations, affiliate marketing, e-commerce, SaaS, or a similar field.
  • Proven experience in managing client-facing relationships.
  • Solid understanding of e-commerce, digital sales, affiliate programs, or online brand growth.
  • Basic Shopify experience is required; advanced experience is a plus.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment with evolving priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the capacity to work independently.
  • Demonstrated ability to create and refine repeatable processes and workflows.
  • Strong brand sensibility and professionalism.
  • Must reside in the United States.
