The Role
The Managing Director, Marketing Services is a commercial-first leader responsible for the strategic and operational evolution of performance and integrated marketing. This role requires a translator, adept at discussing business metrics with CMOs and technical strategies with CTOs. As a transformation agent, you will orchestrate full-funnel ecosystems with a player-coach mindset, balancing high-level portfolio stewardship with a deep understanding of technical execution. This position reports to the Global EVP of Strategy and Insights.
What You'll Do
- Lead the transformation of AI in Marketing Services workflows by integrating AI into the strategy and delivery of media strategy, martech, marketing operations, and content production to drive efficiencies and client impact.
- Orchestrate connected journeys beyond siloed channel planning, integrating paid media with owned nurture campaigns (email, SMS) for retention and growth.
- Act as a commercial partner to clients, ensuring media buying and tech investments drive measurable ROI, brand lift, and long-term Customer Lifetime Value (CLTV).
- Lead strategic systems oversight, navigating complex CRM migrations and personalization strategies, treating the tech stack as a creative mechanism for brand expression and business impact.
- Ensure data-flow, tracking, and tagging actively sharpen audience targeting and brand affinity.
- Ensure media strategy and buying teams have processes, tools, and technology to deliver on performance forecasts.
- Foster a culture of continuous optimization and automation of routine tasks to focus on strategic initiatives.
What We'd Like to See
- Established experience as a Head of Performance Marketing or Integrated Marketing, with a proven track record of driving brand awareness and measurable business contributions (pipeline, ROAS, CLTV).
- AI Native Mindset: Demonstrated confidence in using AI to transform marketing delivery, automate performance tracking, or enhance MarTech stack efficiency.
- Omni-Channel Orchestration: In-depth experience across paid search, programmatic, native, CTV, DOOH, paid social, and harmonizing paid, owned, and earned channels (organic social, influencer, SEO) for a unified brand voice.
- Full Funnel Orchestration & Connected Journey: Proven expertise in connected journey mapping, using CRM for automated cross-channel experiences, and designing strategies where media touchpoints trigger personalized journeys.
- Experience in B2C and B2B programs ranging from brand lift to measurable pipeline contribution.
- Player-Coach Philosophy: Ability to manage multiple high-stakes accounts, balancing high-level leadership with hands-on involvement.
- "Always On" Performance Mindset: Proven execution of real-time optimization and daily involvement to meet targets, with opportunities for AI-driven automation.
- Media Buying & Tech Fluency:
- Experience with media buying and ensuring data fuels media decisions.
- Understanding of tracking, tagging, and data-flow to ensure MarTech investments drive media performance and audience targeting.
- Viewing the tech stack as a creative mechanism for brand expression and understanding its impact on brand affinity, CLTV, and customer lifecycle.
- Strategic Systems Oversight: Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams through complex CRM migrations, personalization strategies, and content workflows.
- Client Empathy: Ability to support client relationships as an executive sponsor, managing performance goals.

Compensation
- Wage Disclosure: $265,000 - $285,000 USD
