Your Responsibilities as Managing Director Finance & BI

• Strategic and operational development of the company in collaboration with the existing team, including active project participation.
• Overall responsibility for client projects in Finance, Reporting, Corporate Planning, and Consolidation, including technical involvement with clients.
• Advising clients at the management level on business processes, data-driven solutions, and operational issues.
• Guiding complex projects from conception to implementation, including practical involvement and management.
• Managing and developing existing client relationships, and supporting pre-sales and pitch activities.
• Shaping solution architectures and technical concepts in the Finance, BI, and Planning environment.
• Leading, coaching, and developing the team to ensure operational excellence and strategic goals.
• Contributing to market positioning, growth, and the future company strategy.

Your Profile

• Completed University Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling, Business Informatics, or related fields.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Finance, Controlling, Reporting, Corporate Planning, and Consolidation, with several years in a leadership role responsible for teams or projects.
• Experience in consulting, project advisory, or implementation projects, particularly in Finance and BI environments, is advantageous.
• Entrepreneurial thinking combined with a passion for active client consulting and operational project work.
• Analytical and structured approach to work with a high degree of personal responsibility.
• Technical understanding of BI, data models, or planning solutions is a plus.
• Very good German language skills for communication with the team and clients.
• Willingness to travel and flexibility for client appointments and project support.
