The Role

As an Assistant Product Manager at Public, you will contribute to the company's commercial performance by managing product assortment, monitoring replenishment across all sales channels, and ensuring the effective execution of promotional activities. This role involves market and competition analysis to support pricing strategy and the preparation of key commercial and financial reports. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, a commercial mindset, and the ability to drive results in a dynamic retail environment.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the formulation of product assortment.
  • Monitor replenishment for all sales channels based on commercial policy and procedures.
  • Maintain the product code list of liability categories.
  • Coordinate and monitor the implementation of promotional activities across all sales channels (Stores, e-Commerce).
  • Monitor & analyze the competition and support the formulation of pricing policy.
  • Compose and communicate commercial reports (market, sales, profitability, stocks, etc.).

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a relevant field.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in the purchasing department of a commercial company.
  • Experience in the retail industry is an advantage.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent command of the English language (written and oral).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Commercial & strategic perception.
  • Enthusiasm & results orientation.
  • Drive & self-motivation.

Desirable Qualifications

  • Master’s degree.
  • Experience with SAP or similar software.
  • End-to-end responsibility and detail-oriented approach.
