About the Client

Our client is a service provider for insurance brokers, generating double-digit millions in revenue and collaborating with 250 independent insurance brokers. The internal service team comprises approximately 35 employees. You will receive a direct employment contract from the client.

Your Tasks

• Preparation of risk pre-assessment requests and relevant content for health insurance.
• Clarification of medical risks with the shareholders.
• Review of applications under a "four-eyes principle" (dual verification).
• Technical support for our field sales partners.
• NO acquisition or sales activities involved.

Qualifications

• Completed apprenticeship in the insurance sector (e.g., Kaufmann/-frau für Versicherungen und Finanzanlagen) OR a medical qualification (e.g., Medizinische/r Fachangestellte/r or comparable).
• Ideally, prior experience in risk assessment, claims processing, or private health insurance (though not mandatory).
• Sound medical knowledge and interest in learning insurance-specific topics.
• Good understanding of medical issues.
• Careful, independent, and solution-oriented work approach.
• Ability to work on complex issues and make informed decisions based on available information.
