Your Role
We are seeking an experienced coordination personality to structure and reliably manage our land acquisition processes. You will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth progression of our renewable energy projects.
Your Responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for the management and monitoring of all land acquisition and wayleave procedures.
- Close coordination with the field service team (land acquisition agents) and internal specialist departments (Legal, Project Development, Permitting).
- Support and quality assurance of contract negotiations for lease, consent, and servitude agreements.
- Creation of project plans, status reports, and KPI reporting to management.
- Maintenance of the land register and deadline management (options, terms, renewals).
- Point of contact for notaries, authorities, and land registries.
Your Qualifications
- Completed technical and business administration degree, e.g., Industrial Engineering with a focus on Project Management, Civil Engineering, Energy and Environmental Technology, or a comparable qualification.
- Initial experience in project management – ideally in land acquisition or the energy sector.
- Knowledge of land registry, property, or contract law is advantageous.
- Proficient in using project management and document management systems.
- Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and a structured way of working.
- GIS knowledge (QGIS, ArcGIS) is desirable.
