About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to build transformational businesses within a company that has strong market traction, proven outcomes, and a mission that genuinely saves lives. You will operate like a founder, identifying major opportunities, rapidly validating them, engaging with customers and partners, defining growth strategies, building repeatable acquisition and commercialization processes, mobilizing cross-functional teams, and driving ideas from concept to significant adoption and revenue.

You will have access to Hello Heart's technology, data, customer base, operational expertise, executive team, and strategic network. Your mandate will be to shape new, bold growth initiatives that can meaningfully improve lives at scale. For the right individual, this is a chance to create, launch, and ultimately lead a new business within Hello Heart from early validation through to growth and scale.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the founder and internal champion for new initiatives from concept through launch and early scale.
  • Validate, launch, and scale bold new growth opportunities, including new markets, products, business models, and ventures.
  • Build comprehensive business cases, covering market sizing, customer discovery, competitive insights, Go-To-Market (GTM) plans, growth assumptions, and financial models.
  • Test and iterate rapidly through pilots, Minimum Viable Products (MVPs), customer conversations, acquisition experiments, and commercial validation.
  • Drive early commercialization and growth, encompassing sales strategy, partnership development, acquisition channels, contracting, funnel optimization, adoption, engagement, and initial revenue generation.
  • Build and scale user acquisition and engagement engines for new ventures, including target population identification, channel strategy, outreach, enrollment/conversion, activation, retention, and growth analytics.
  • Assemble and lead cross-functional teams across product, engineering, clinical, data, design, operations, finance, and GTM.
  • Report progress, learnings, risks, and recommendations to executive leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Passion for and fluency in using AI and technology to solve critical healthcare problems.
  • Proven experience as a founder, co-founder, venture builder, or senior operator in a high-growth startup, healthcare, technology, or tech-enabled services business.
  • Strong strategic, analytical, financial, commercial, and growth instincts.
  • Demonstrated ability to take ideas from ambiguity to concrete action.
  • Capacity to lead cross-functional teams effectively without relying on pre-existing structures.
  • Comfort operating in the challenging and exciting "zero-to-one" stage of building.
  • Excellent communication skills and executive presence.
  • Relentless curiosity, resilience, urgency, and a founder's mindset.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $240,000.00 to $260,000.00. Salary ranges are determined by role and level. Compensation is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
