The advertising landscape on Meta has shifted dramatically. Advantage+ and Andromeda now handle targeting, bidding, and delivery, making the creative the primary driver of scalability. AI is radically transforming how quickly, deeply, and with what variance we can conceive, produce, and test creatives. We see this not as a risk, but as the most significant leverage point in years. We are looking for an AI Creative Producer to harness this potential.
Your Role & Responsibilities
As an AI Creative Producer, you will create advertisements that are not only visually compelling but also drive sales.
AI-First Creative Production (Video & Static)
- Produce performance creatives for video and static ads with a clear focus on Meta platforms, targeting brands with complex, high-value products and multi-stage purchase decisions.
- Utilize AI to massively accelerate research, ideation, copy variations, and creative derivations.
- Translate performance data into structured creative concepts, thinking in modular systems across different funnel stages (first-touch to closing) to capture attention, build intent, and drive purchases.
- Develop numerous variations for systematic testing to iteratively scale ad accounts.
AI-Powered Video Production
- Produce AI-first performance videos using common AI tools for image and video generation.
- Efficiently develop script concepts, visual ideas, hook variations, text overlays, and messaging.
- Combine existing footage, UGC, stock material, and AI-generated assets into scalable video ads.
AI-Powered Static Production
- Develop static ads as a distinct performance channel.
- Use AI to create visual concepts, headlines, claims, and layout variations.
- Systematically derive further tests from strong static creative concepts.
Data-Driven Iteration
- Leverage key metrics like CTR, thumb-stop rate, hold rate, and CAC not just for reporting, but as the foundation for clear decisions on which creatives to scale, iterate, or stop.
- Collaborate closely with the Creative Strategist and Media Buyers to find the optimal balance between creativity and data-driven optimization.
- Maintain regular and seamless communication with your future colleagues.
Your Qualifications
AI & Tooling
- High affinity for AI and practical experience with common AI tools for image and video generation. AI fluency is a standard requirement.
Craft & Production
- Hands-on experience in editing/post-production (ideally DaVinci Resolve) and creating/optimizing static ads (Adobe, Canva, Photoroom, or similar).
- A keen eye for presenting content aesthetically and effectively for sales.
Workflow & Analytics
- Structured, test-oriented approach with analytical and conceptual strength to translate performance data into creative hypotheses.
- Team player mindset with proactive, transparent communication.
Bonus Points
- Experience in Performance Marketing, ideally with a strong Meta focus.
- E-commerce experience, particularly with high-ticket or subscription/recurring businesses.
- Strong understanding of creative performance mechanics and a keen sense for hooks and visual storytelling.
