About the Role

We are looking for a Product Manager who can think about products from both a systems and customer perspective. You excel at explaining complex pricing and product topics and enjoy integrating communication, processes, and customer experience. You will actively shape the future of our B2C energy products, from product logic to customer engagement.

Your Responsibilities

Product Management Commodity

  • Develop our B2C product portfolio for electricity, gas, and water.
  • Analyze market, customer, and competitor requirements to derive improvements.
  • Support the management of the product lifecycle from idea to operational implementation.
  • Participate in pricing and product adjustments and accompany their implementation.

Pricing & System Management

  • Maintain price and product tables in billing systems (e.g., lima).
  • Support the correct mapping of tariffs and pricing logic.
  • Assist with quality assurance and plausibility checks.
  • Contribute to the further development of pricing and product processes.

Customer Experience & Communication

  • Translate complex product and price topics into understandable customer communication.
  • Create and maintain FAQs, cover letters, guides, and informational materials.
  • Support customer service and call centers with practical communication tools and training.
  • Ensure consistent and customer-friendly communication across all relevant touchpoints.

Sales Support & Digital Content

  • Create sales support communication materials.
  • Assist with existing customer communication and customer-relevant measures.
  • Maintain content on the website and digital channels.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Service departments.

Your Profile

  • Experience in product management, operational marketing, or customer communication.
  • Ideally, knowledge of the energy industry or interest in energy-related topics.
  • Good understanding of customer-oriented communication and customer experience.
  • Enjoy preparing complex topics in an understandable and structured manner.
  • Ideally, experience with pricing or billing systems (e.g., lima).
  • Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working.
  • Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of CMS, content, or layout tools is a plus.
  • Team spirit, strong communication skills, and a good sense for customer needs.

Flexibility

This position can also be performed part-time if the workload allows.
