About the Role

We are seeking experienced and dedicated Customer Experience Lab Technicians - Removables. You will apply your dental lab expertise to partner directly with clinicians on critical tasks, providing real-time technical support to ensure quality outcomes and an exceptional patient experience.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate on Treatment Plans: Partner with doctors in real-time to review and refine case designs, ensuring optimal aesthetic and functional patient outcomes. Provide expert guidance on complex cases and build customer confidence.
• Provide Live Clinical Support: Communicate directly with clinicians via phone, chat, and video to troubleshoot issues, clarify workflows, and offer efficient and empathetic customer service.
• Facilitate Cross-Functional Communication: Act as a liaison between doctors and Dandy lab teams, translating clinical feedback into production outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ Years in a Dental Technician Role.
• 2+ years of experience in 3Shape CAD/CAM design, including full dentures and partial dentures cases.
• Deep understanding of digital dental workflows, including scan bodies, and best design practices.
• Technologically adept with the ability to learn and navigate dental design platforms quickly.
• Proven ability to build rapport with clinicians, offer empathetic support, and manage complex concerns professionally.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing lab role is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable communicating live with doctors via chat, phone, or video calls.
• Strong independent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple complex conversations simultaneously.
• Desire to work in a fast-growing, rapidly changing fully-digital lab environment.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining exceptional quality standards.

• 8:00 AM - 4:45 PM GMT
• 9:00 AM - 5:45 PM GMT
• 9:30 AM - 6:15 PM GMT
