As a Werkstudent:in in Performance Marketing, you will support our marketing team in scaling MediPulse. From Paid Ads to SEO to data-driven campaigns: You will ensure that doctors and practice managers find MediPulse precisely when they need it.

MediPulse is a dynamic HealthTech startup that is finally bringing medical practices into the 21st century. We are revolutionizing the healthcare sector with our innovative software that helps doctors manage their practices more efficiently.

In our small but highly motivated team, you can take on a lot of responsibility and work directly with our experienced colleagues (ex-McKinsey, ex-BCG) on topics that have a real impact. If you're eager to make a difference, you've come to the right place!

Your Responsibilities (Aufgaben)

• Planning, implementation, and optimization of Paid Ads campaigns
• Creation, automation, and testing of ad creatives
• Building new channels – from the initial campaign to scaling
• Creation of performance reports and derivation of concrete insights
• Creative freedom & the opportunity to contribute new ideas

Your Qualifications (Qualifikation)

• You are studying Business Administration, Marketing, Media, or a comparable field
• You already have initial experience in Performance Marketing and Paid Ads
• You have a good feel for target audiences, trends, and relevant formats
• You are communicative and have a proactive work style
• You speak fluent German and have good English skills
• Most importantly: You think creatively, analytically, and are eager to make a real difference!
