Job Description

This position offers 100% remote work. Please note, however, that candidates shortlisted for the final stage of the recruitment process will be required to attend an in-person interview at the client’s premises in Brussels, Belgium.

So, what are the main responsibilities of a Senior .Net Developer in Netcompany?

As a Senior .Net Developer you will:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure applications using the .NET framework and modern software development practices.
• Develop and maintain full-stack applications, including front-end components (Angular or equivalent), back-end services (.NET), and database solutions.
• Design and implement cloud-first solutions, leveraging cloud-native architectures and services for new application developments.
• Integrate applications with Microsoft Dynamics and Dataverse, ensuring seamless interoperability across enterprise systems.
• Develop, configure, and maintain business workflows using Business Process Management (BPM) and BPMN orchestration tools, such as Flowable or equivalent platforms.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into high-quality technical solutions, while ensuring compliance with enterprise architecture, security standards, and software development best practices.

Qualifications

What would make you a fit for the role:

• University degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in software development.
• Professional proficiency in English (minimum C1 level or equivalent).
• Proven experience in .NET development, with strong expertise in back-end application design and implementation.
• Solid experience in full-stack development, including Angular (or an equivalent front-end framework), .NET, and relational database technologies.
• Demonstrated experience designing and developing cloud-first applications and cloud-native solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in complex enterprise environments.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate in multicultural and multidisciplinary environments.

What would make you a strong asset for the role:

• Experience integrating enterprise applications with Microsoft Dynamics and Dataverse.
• Knowledge of Business Process Management (BPM) platforms and BPMN-based workflow orchestration tools, such as Flowable.
