Your Responsibilities:

• Holistic tax and business consulting for your own client base.
• Ongoing and forward-looking advice for companies of various sizes, entrepreneurial personalities, and demanding private clients.
• Preparation, review, and analysis of annual financial statements and tax returns.
• Development of tax planning strategies and support in complex matters.
• Advising clients on entrepreneurial decisions, investments, restructuring, or succession planning.
• Utilizing modern tools, digital workflows, and AI-supported solutions to alleviate routine tasks.
• Depending on your interests, developing specialized professional focuses or, prospectively, taking on more professional or organizational responsibility.

Requirements:

• Completed Tax Advisor examination and ideally initial professional experience in a tax consulting firm.
• Enjoyment in not just managing clients, but truly advising them.
• Curiosity about digital developments, AI, automation, and modern work methods.
• Desire for continuous development rather than stagnation.
• The drive to question processes and make them better.
• An understanding of people, numbers, and entrepreneurial contexts.
• Openness to feedback and a willingness to share knowledge.
• A mindset focused on quality, development, and genuine engagement, not just clocking in and out.
• DATEV knowledge is helpful, but your willingness to familiarize yourself with modern systems and digital processes is paramount.
