Product Manager - Connectivity & Integrations

For our Product Team, we are looking for an experienced individual in the area of Connectivity to be responsible for the further development of GIATA's central connectivity layer – the backbone for exchanging and utilizing travel data at scale.

The role includes responsibility for APIs, data pipelines, and integration frameworks that connect hundreds of suppliers and distribution partners. The goal is to create connectivity products that are scalable, reliable, and easy to integrate – thereby enabling faster time-to-market and new business opportunities.

The position works closely with Engineering, Commercial Teams, Customer Experience, and external partners and is central to the expansion of our product ecosystem. Responsibilities include:

• Responsibility for the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap in the area of Connectivity and Integrations
• Further development of scalable APIs, data pipelines, and integration tools in close collaboration with Engineering
• Ensuring high-performance real-time and batch data processing for continuous improvement of integration speed, data quality, and developer experience
• Close collaboration with Commercial Teams and external partners (e.g., OTAs, Bedbanks, Travel-Tech providers) for successful integration and utilization

What You Bring

• Several years of experience in Product Management, ideally in SaaS, platform, or data-driven environments
• In-depth expertise in APIs, system integrations, distributed architectures, and modern data delivery (e.g., XML/JSON, ETL, Streaming); experience with MCP or similar approaches for optimizing data delivery for AI is a plus
• Experience collaborating with Engineering on complex, infrastructure-heavy products in B2B ecosystems
• Strong communication (in English) and analytical skills, and ideally experience with Travel-Tech, distribution, or booking platforms
