IT Administrator (m/f/d) - Full-Time

We are a young IT company that supports small and medium-sized businesses in reducing IT risks and optimizing their work processes. For our clients, we manage, maintain, and service server and client landscapes – remotely and on-site.

The position is advertised as full-time, 40 hours per week. Starting within the next few months would be desirable; we are happy to discuss the exact timing personally.

Responsibilities

• Setup, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems remotely and on-site.
• Performing updates and security patches to keep systems secure and up-to-date.
• Fast and efficient resolution of disruptions and problems in IT operations.
• Supporting our clients in the implementation of new IT solutions.
• Competent customer service and support for IT questions, ensuring we are always there for our clients.

Qualifications

• Do you speak fluent German?
• Are you practically born into the IT world and bring at least one year of experience as an IT Administrator, IT Service Technician, IT Helpdesk Employee, or in a similar role after completing training or studies?
• Do you love what you do and approach life with a positive "can-do" attitude? Are you the person who doesn't give up until the actual problem is found and solved?
• If you are also a team player, can admit mistakes, and love achieving goals together, then you are exactly right with us! We highly value good communication skills, and if you are not afraid to engage in conversations with clients, you are in the right place.
• Reliability and trustworthiness are paramount for us, especially when it comes to protecting our clients' data.
• Knowledge in the following areas is an advantage, and an interest in learning or deepening it is a prerequisite. ;)
