Marketing Lead (m/f/d) - Intralogistics Robotics

Location: Munich (with regular presence required)
Employment Type: Full-time
Language Requirements: Native German, Fluent English

About Pixel Robotics & Logivations

Pixel Robotics builds autonomous mobile robots (AMRs) that automate pallet transport in intralogistics without infrastructure modifications or lengthy WMS integrations. Our unique approach utilizes an AI-vision system with ceiling cameras to create a real-time digital twin of the entire facility, enabling robots, people, and forklifts to operate safely within this digital replica. Founded in 2020 and recognized with the Munich Startup Award, we are transitioning from a startup to a serial manufacturer, with our partner Logivations providing the W2MO software platform as the intelligence behind our robots, creating a tech ecosystem for the future of logistics.

Your Role

You will independently own our marketing efforts, encompassing both strategic development and hands-on implementation. You will lead a small team of 2-3 individuals, conceptually advance our marketing strategies, and execute them directly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing Strategy Development: Refine positioning, buyer personas, campaign logic, and annual planning for both Pixel Robotics and Logivations.
  • Team Leadership: Guide, develop, and orchestrate a small marketing team.
  • Owned Channels Management: Conceptually and editorially manage our homepage, newsletters, and social media presence.
  • Content & Collateral Creation: Develop product one-pagers, videos, and case studies.
  • Event Management: Plan and execute participation in industry events like LogiMAT, conferences, and Robotics Lab Days.
  • Lead Generation: Manage the entire lead generation process from initial contact at trade shows to qualified sales appointments, including building the underlying CRM and funnel structures.
  • Brand Building: Establish a distinct brand recognition within the intralogistics scene, aiming for the reflex: "Ah, the Munich team with the ceiling cameras."

Note: You will work across both brands – Pixel Robotics and Logivations – managing two buyer personas with a unified marketing stack for a doubled learning curve.

What You Bring

  • 2-6 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in Tech/SaaS/Industry (Intralogistics or Robotics experience is a bonus, not required).
  • A strong desire to take responsibility for a small team.
  • AI proficiency: You are AI-native, viewing tools like Claude Design not just as concepts but as practical tools for building landing pages, slides, and campaign prototypes efficiently.
  • A keen sense for B2B content that resonates and avoids feeling like a mandatory LinkedIn exercise.
  • A truly hands-on approach: You are willing to write, design, and think through funnels end-to-end.
  • Native-level German and fluent English communication skills.
  • Willingness for regular presence in Munich for team collaboration, customer demos, and events.

What We Offer

  • Full Marketing Ownership: Complete responsibility for the marketing department with a real product, existing customers, and a tangible budget.
  • Team Development: Lead and grow a small team, with potential for future expansion.
  • Direct Collaboration: Work closely with the founders and the sales team.
  • Advanced AI Tooling: Utilize and integrate AI tools such as Claude, Gemini, Midjourney, n8n, and any other tools you identify as valuable additions.
  • Work Environment: Office in Munich, flexible working hours, and a hybrid work model.
  • Agile Structure: Flat hierarchies and short decision-making paths.
