
ASPIRE is our flagship Emerging Talent development program, designed to fast-track the careers of recent graduates and entry-level professionals over a two-year period. With a global presence and seven independent functional tracks, the ASPIRE Engineering & Technology track specifically targets highly motivated individuals with a passion for technology, innovation, and a drive for technical excellence and leadership development.
ASPIRE members will complete four 6-month rotations (or two 6-month rotations plus a 1-year rotation) within the Engineering & Technology function. These rotations are strategically aligned with business needs, your career interests, and performance. You'll gain meaningful work experience on cutting-edge technologies, interact with customers, and receive in-depth technical training essential for the energy sector and Baker Hughes.
The program is meticulously designed to accelerate your professional growth through intensive technical training and exposure to business-critical assignments. Graduates will be equipped with the technical foundation to proactively contribute to BH's future and address the challenges of the energy transition.
