Responsibilities

As a Sales/Business Development Representative in this Account Executive (AE) track role, you will collaborate closely with management to:

  • Identify new business opportunities.
  • Engage potential customers via email and LinkedIn.
  • Conduct discovery and demo calls.
  • Partner with the marketing team to create and execute sales campaigns.
  • Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts.
  • Prepare and deliver professional presentations and demos to US tech buyers.
  • Execute weekly newsletters, email, and drip campaigns.
  • Make outbound calls to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Analyze competitors by summarizing market information and trends.
  • Handle incoming customer queries via live chat.
  • Gather customer feedback to inform new feature and product development.
  • Meet quarterly goals and sales targets.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of industry experience selling IT/SaaS products and concepts.
  • Prior experience working with "C" & "D" level executives.
  • Enthusiasm for selling brand-new technology products.
  • Proficiency in English and sensitivity to US culture.
  • Consistent track record of documenting, synthesizing, and communicating results.
  • Team player with a "Buck stops with me" mentality, willing to take responsibility for various tasks.
  • Self-motivated, flexible, collaborative, with a strong eagerness to learn.
