IT Contract Management Expert

Contract Manager - PublicNEXT

Responsibilities:

• Review contract business terms, identify areas for improvement, and support the negotiation process.
• Manage the full cycle of IT vendor and supplier contracts, including negotiation, preparation, finalization, maintenance, and optimization.
• Liaise with all Public Group units to identify potential synergies.
• Monitor and report partner performance throughout the contract or project lifecycle, supporting business units during contract closure.
• Identify and propose new partnership opportunities aligned with business requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic suppliers.
• Participate in designing the governance and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for contract management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, or Business Administration.
• 2-3 years of previous experience in IT business and Contract Management roles.
• Experience with contract management, IT vendor strategy preparation, and negotiation.
• Understanding of financial principles related to budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis.
• Familiarity with IT project management principles and methodologies.
• Negotiation and management skills.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• A Master's degree in Computer Science or Business Administration will be considered a plus.
