You will be part of the Acquisition Marketing team, responsible for delivering high-potential customers to New Business Sales partners across European markets. The role involves working on an exciting project with Digital Marketing Ads, a tool designed to revolutionize business strategies.
Your Mission
To deliver high-quality, policy-compliant leads researched from various online sources, supporting Marketing and Sales partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect high-quality, policy-compliant leads for internal New Business Sales teams.
- Conduct company evaluations to assess potential using provided guidelines and online tools.
- Perform company qualification and eligibility checks using internal tools.
- Monitor industry news and trends for timely prospecting.
- Understand market seasonality and collaborate with sales programs to plan lead sourcing areas based on sales team needs.
- Deliver a set of leads aligned with agreed quarterly targets.
- Provide weekly reporting and analysis of your work.
Required Qualifications
- Language Proficiency: C2 level Norwegian and C1 level English.
- Experience: 2 years in digital advertising or market research, specifically within the Nordics market.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Advanced spreadsheet skills (pivot tables, basic macros, task automation); proficiency with reports, databases, and CRM platforms; experience using AI tools.
- Analytical & Strategic: Solid strategic thinking, ability to analyze market trends, strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Work Style: Well-organized, capable of handling pressure in a dynamic team, good time management, able to work independently with limited guidance, self-motivated, proactive, competitive, and confident.
