About the Role

Our partner company in Munich is seeking a Logistics & Materials Planning Specialist (m/f/d) to join their team at the earliest possible date.

Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and assurance of spare parts supply.
  • Act as a liaison between Production, Intralogistics, Material Coordination, and Manufacturing.
  • Manage logistical processes and support the timely control of material and goods flows.
  • Participate in cross-project tasks within the department.
  • Accompany short-term and special projects, contributing to the successful implementation of logistical requirements.

Qualifications

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship (e.g., Industrial Clerk, Freight Forwarding and Logistics Services Clerk, Wholesale and Foreign Trade Management Clerk, or Warehouse Logistics Specialist).
  • Ideally, professional experience as a Logistics Coordinator, Materials Management Planner, Logistics Clerk, or Supply Chain Management Employee.
  • Solid knowledge in logistics, planning, and materials management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; ideally, knowledge of SAP and initial experience in project work.
  • Key skills include strong communication, initiative, problem-solving abilities, and an independent, responsible, and team-oriented work style.
