Join Enterpret, a rapidly growing company backed by top-tier investors like Kleiner Perkins and Sequoia Capital. We're building a cutting-edge customer feedback intelligence platform that leverages natural language processing and serverless computing to empower product development teams at leading companies like Notion and Loom.

About the Role:

This is a pivotal role within the Founder's Office, embedded in Engineering, Product & Design (EPD). The position requires a blend of technical program management (60-70%) and ownership of our Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) and audit program (30-40%). You will work closely with the Chief of Staff and the founding team to drive execution and ensure operational excellence.

What You'll Do:

  • Program-Manage EPD Initiatives: Drive and track EPD initiatives end-to-end, including Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, roadmap management, and risk/blocker identification.
  • Be an Extension of the Founder's Office: Partner with leadership to translate strategy into execution, manage cross-functional programs, and provide clear visibility on project status.
  • Own the GRC & Audit Calendar: Manage audits (SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR) from scoping to remediation, building a continuous, risk-based compliance program.
  • Control Design & Cross-Framework Mapping: Maintain policies, map controls across various frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, 42001, NIST CSF, GDPR, AI-governance), and collaborate with engineering on practical control implementation.
  • Customer Trust & Enterprise Enablement: Handle security reviews and trust documentation to facilitate enterprise sales and partnerships.
  • Build the Operating Cadence: Establish rituals, dashboards, and tooling for scalable program delivery and compliance visibility.

What It Takes:

  • 5+ years in technical program management within an EPD organization, with hands-on ownership of a compliance or audit program (SOC 2 or similar).
  • 2+ years at a single organization driving cross-functional EPD programs end-to-end or establishing a compliance program from scratch.
  • Fluency in running Agile/Scrum, sprint planning, and roadmap tracking in Linear (or Jira).
  • Hands-on depth across SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001, with working knowledge of NIST CSF, GDPR, and emerging AI-governance frameworks.
  • Experience with GRC/continuous-compliance tooling (Vanta, Drata, Secureframe).
  • Proven ability to partner across Engineering, Product, and Design, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Comfort building 0-to-1 initiatives in a fast-moving environment.
  • Program management or GRC certifications (CSM, PMP, CISA, CISM, CISSP, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor) are a plus.
