Your Impact at Versapay

We are seeking a driven and relationship-oriented Customer Success Manager to join our expanding team. In this pivotal role, you will manage a substantial portfolio of customers, guiding them to unlock maximum value from our platform through proactive engagement, scalable programs, and data-driven insights. You will be instrumental in driving customer retention, product adoption, and overall satisfaction across a diverse client base.

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Customer Success, you will be a key contributor responsible for delivering the world-class experience our customers expect. Your core responsibilities will include managing long-term relationships, cultivating a deep understanding of our customers' businesses, and identifying innovative ways Versapay products can support their strategic objectives.

What You'll Do:

  • Own the success of our Commercial Real Estate customers, developing scalable playbooks and touchpoints to drive engagement and retention.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, guiding them to achieve their goals and maximize their Return on Investment (ROI).
  • Monitor customer health scores and usage data to proactively identify at-risk accounts and opportunities for growth.
  • Design and execute scalable programs (webinars, email campaigns, in-app guidance) that deliver value efficiently at scale.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Support teams to champion the voice of the customer.
  • Track and manage renewals, escalations, and at-risk accounts in coordination with internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate account records and activity logs within Salesforce (SFDC) and HubSpot.

What You'll Bring to the Team:

  • 2–5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Program/Project Management.
  • Demonstrated experience owning the full renewal process.
  • Proven ability to manage a large book of business using a data-driven, scaled approach.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize across competing demands.
  • Experience building and executing customer programs or playbooks that drive measurable outcomes.
  • Comfort and adaptability working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Experience with MRI software is a plus.
  • Experience in Commercial Real Estate is a plus.
  • Candidates with 5+ years in Accounts Receivable will also be considered.

Compensation

  • $70,000 - $78,000 per year (Base Salary)
  • Total On-Target Earnings (OTE) range: $100K - $110K USD
