Your Role

As a PHP Developer (m/f/d), you will take on a central role in the further development and scaling of our proprietary CRM solution, the digital core of our company for permanent hair removal.

Your Tasks

• Development and scaling of the Laravel-based CRM platform.
• Backend development with PHP 8 and Laravel 12.
• Building and integrating RESTful APIs.
• Connecting external systems (Payment, DATEV, Communication, etc.).
• Database design & performance optimization (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis).
• Development of unit tests (PHPUnit).
• Contribution to architecture and technical decisions.
• CI/CD pipelines with Docker & GitHub Actions.
• Collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams.

What You Bring

• Completed degree in (Media/Business) Computer Science or comparable education/relevant professional experience.
• Very good knowledge of PHP (8+) and Laravel (ideally Laravel 10/11/12).
• Experience in developing web applications and backend systems.
• Proficient in MySQL and/or PostgreSQL, including data modeling and performance optimization.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and integration of external systems.
• Knowledge of JavaScript and ideally Vue.js.
• Experience with unit testing (e.g., PHPUnit).
• Proficient in Git and understanding of CI/CD processes (e.g., GitHub Actions, Docker).
• Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented approach with a high quality standard (Clean Code).
• Very good German language skills and good English skills for technical communication.
