The Role

- Handle reporting and certification requirements for social security and pension institutions.
- Serve as a competent and friendly point of contact for employees.
- Advise management on labor, tax, and social security law matters.
- Prepare monthly statistics.
Your Qualifications
- Experience in payroll administration or HR management, ideally in both areas. Training will be provided for any areas where experience is lacking.
- Excellent German language skills (written and spoken).
- A positive attitude, enthusiasm for teamwork, and a desire for professional development.
