About the Role

As part of the Platform tribe, you will help build a self-service, AI-Ready Data Platform. This platform supports our strategic initiatives in Data, AI, and real-time analytics. You will be a key member of a team focused on building scalable, reliable infrastructure to empower our global data community.

What You'll Do

  • Build and maintain best-in-class data infrastructure for critical processes.
  • Develop features that enhance self-service capabilities, including ETL and orchestration.
  • Optimize processes for efficient compute usage and cost reduction.
  • Automate operations to ensure high platform availability.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of new services.

You'll Be a Strong Fit If You Have

  • Experience with infrastructure as code and containerization (e.g., Terraform, Helm, Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Experience using modern query engines (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, Trino).
  • Experience with modern data orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow, Dagster).
  • Proficiency in at least one of our main languages: Python or Go.
  • A pragmatic, team-first mindset.
  • Self-motivation, ability to work independently, and skill in balancing stakeholder needs.

Nice to Have

  • Experience building and operating performant API layers.
  • Experience with dbt for transform, test, and documentation workflows.
  • Query optimization at scale.
  • Experience with real-time streaming technologies (e.g., Kafka, Flink, StarRocks, Pinot, Druid, ClickHouse).
  • Experience with systems at petabyte scale.
  • Experience implementing AI-enabled systems (e.g., agentic SRE, AI automation).
