For the operational implementation of our already developed 360° AI company strategy, we are looking for an experienced person who takes responsibility and delivers results. The focus is on implementation, technical management, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

You will take overall responsibility for the operational implementation of our AI transformation. This includes in particular:

• Building and operating the AI Gateway.
• Steering prioritized pilots.
• Establishing governance, data classification, and human review processes.
• Leading the AI War Room and cross-functional steering of implementation.
• Training AI Champions and ensuring acceptance in the business units.
• Close collaboration with Management, Development, RevOps, Sales, and Service.

Qualifications

• Several years of practical experience as an AI Lead, AI Program Lead, AI Platform Lead, CTO, or in a comparable role.
• Experience in introducing AI Gateways, LLM routing, RAG, and agentic workflows.
• Good knowledge of governance, data protection, GDPR, and the EU AI Act.
• Experience in managing cross-functional teams and complex transformation projects.
• Fluent German and English language skills.
• Willingness for full on-site presence in Berlin.

Benefits

• Salary: €80,000 to €100,000 gross per year (40 hrs/week), depending on relevant AI implementation experience and qualifications.
