Property Manager - Real Estate Operations
Trigon Unternehmensgruppe is an established Berlin-based real estate company focused on the development, management, and leasing of residential and commercial properties. Our portfolio comprises approximately 4,000 residential units, 300 commercial units, and parking spaces.
Your Responsibilities
- Planning, coordination, and execution of maintenance and repair measures for buildings and outdoor facilities.
- Creation and review of offers, as well as processing of tenders.
- Maintenance and updating of property and construction data.
- Monitoring of order execution, budget control, and billing of construction and maintenance projects.
- Review and verification of maintenance and service contracts within the scope of building management.
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations for buildings and facilities.
- Contribution to the creation of statistics, reports, and analyses.
Your Qualifications
- Completed vocational training as an Immobilienkaufmann (m/f/d), Gebäudetechniker (m/f/d), Facility Manager (m/f/d), Kaufmann für Büromanagement (m/f/d), or equivalent qualification.
- Good knowledge of the construction and housing sector with technical, legal, and business management understanding.
- Experience with VOB (Vergabe- und Vertragsordnung für Bauleistungen), contract law, and construction contracts is advantageous.
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented work style.
- Strong communication skills, negotiation abilities, and a confident demeanor.
- Sense of responsibility, commitment, and teamwork.
- Very good German language skills (written and spoken).
