Responsibilities

• Planning, coordination, and execution of maintenance measures for buildings and outdoor facilities
• Preparation and review of quotes, and processing of tenders
• Maintenance and updating of property and construction data
• Monitoring of order fulfillment, budget control, and billing of construction and maintenance projects
• Review and verification of maintenance and service contracts within the scope of building management
• Ensuring statutory duties for building safety and accessibility
• Contribution to the creation of statistics, reports, and analyses

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training, e.g., as a real estate agent, office management assistant, building technician, tradesperson (e.g., from the construction or plumbing/heating sector), or a comparable qualification. Experience in a technical or real estate environment is advantageous.
• Experience with VOB (German Construction Contract Procedures), contract law, and construction contract management is a plus
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented work approach
• Strong communication, negotiation skills, and confident demeanor
• Sense of responsibility, commitment, and teamwork skills
• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
• Driver's license is an advantage
