Your Mission

We are looking for you as a Senior IT Project Manager (m/f/d) at our Munich location (hybrid).

Your Tasks

• Overall responsibility for the planning and management of a global IT-Workplace Redesign Project – moderating and coordinating collaboration between business, security, technical experts, and the Workplace Core Team.
• Structuring, prioritizing, and translating diverse requirements into implementable technical concepts.
• Managing an agile, cross-functional project setup (workshops, backlog management, iteration planning).
• Ensuring compliance with IT security and compliance regulations in all client concepts.
• Accompanying the implementation of various client setups – including those for office users, developers, production employees, and highly secure environments (in Windows & Linux).
• Stakeholder management, including communication with technical teams, business units, and C-level executives.
• Risk, budget, and timeline management – preparing decision proposals and management briefings.

Your Profile

• Several years of experience in leading complex IT infrastructure or workplace projects – profound expertise in managing interdisciplinary teams in an agile environment.
• High ability to present technical topics understandably while balancing complex requirements from various user groups.
• Confident in dealing with demanding stakeholders, including management and C-level.
• Strong structure, self-organization, and communication skills.
• Practical experience in projects focusing on client architectures, IT security, M365/Windows Workplace, or endpoint management.
• Very good spoken and written German is required for effective communication in the project environment and with our German-speaking clients.
