Business Central Entwickler (m/w/d)

About the Role

In exclusive collaboration with our partner, a manufacturing company serving B2B and B2C clients, we are seeking a Business Central Developer for their location in the Sauerland region. In this position, you will be responsible for the development and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central in a demanding corporate environment. From migrating existing solutions and integrating external systems to developing new functionalities, you will actively shape the ERP landscape. You can expect varied projects and modern development standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop, extend, and optimize solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Accompany the migration of existing customizations from Business Central 14 to Business Central 25 (On-Premises).
• Integrate third-party systems and external interfaces/APIs into the existing system landscape.
• Conduct performance analyses and optimize existing applications and database queries.
• Support code reviews and ensure high quality and maintainability of developed solutions.
• Work closely with consultants and departments to analyze and technically implement requirements.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in development with Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Business Central, and very good knowledge of AL; experience with C/AL is an advantage.
• Experience in developing and customizing Business Central solutions, as well as connecting external systems.
• Basic knowledge of databases and modern development tools.
• Experience in further developing, migrating, or optimizing existing applications.
• Analytical mindset, initiative, and a structured, team-oriented approach to work.
• Very good German language skills (C1).
