Responsibilities
In this role, you will guide the further development of a production-oriented software solution. You will engage with users, understand operational processes, gather requirements, and ensure clear tasks are created for the development team.
Your tasks in detail:
- Gather and structure requirements from production, logistics, IT, and other business departments.
- Translate business requirements into understandable user stories, task descriptions, and acceptance criteria.
- Maintain and prioritize the product backlog in collaboration with the Scrum team.
- Coordinate with users, developers, IT, production, and product management.
- Facilitate planning, refinements, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Support user-centric functional testing, acceptance, and releases.
- Continuously improve processes, requirements, and development workflows.
Qualifications
Your Profile:
- Experience at the interface between business departments and IT, for example, as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, Project Coordinator, Process Manager, or an IT-savvy employee from production, logistics, or quality.
- Understanding of operational processes, ideally in production, industry, manufacturing, warehousing, or logistics.
- Experience using relevant planning software (ERP/PPS/Jira) in German.
- Ability to gather, organize, and clearly document practical requirements.
- Structured working style and strong prioritization skills.
- Communication strength in exchanges with users, IT, and development.
- User knowledge of agile management methods.
- Proficient German language skills (B2 level or higher) in speaking and writing.
