Green TC GmbH is a leading wholesaler of photovoltaic products and a strong partner in the solar industry for professional trades and installers. To support our team, we are looking for a technically adept and dedicated individual to manage and actively develop all IT and e-commerce matters within the company.

We are not looking for pure support, but a true all-rounder who can set up, connect, and maintain systems. Modern AI tools are a natural part of the workflow, used for tasks like building interfaces between logistics providers and the ERP system, automating processes, and implementing configurations.

Responsibilities

• Online Shop Management: Maintain and further develop our Shopify online shop, from order processing to shop optimization.
• Interface Development: Build, manage, and adapt interfaces between our systems, such as Shopify, the ERP system, and our logistics providers, often with AI support.
• System Configuration: Configure and maintain the ERP system and other internal systems.
• AI-Driven Automation: Utilize AI tools for automation and minor programming adjustments.
• IT Infrastructure: Set up and configure networks, devices, and user accounts.
• Day-to-Day IT Support: Provide support for IT issues in daily operations, from quick troubleshooting to setting up new hardware.
• Data Management: Maintain and reconcile data across various systems.
• Process Optimization: Contribute to the digitalization and optimization of internal processes.

Qualifications

Formal qualifications are less important than your actual knowledge and affinity for the subject. Several paths are a good fit for us:

• A degree in Business Informatics, where you act as a link between business and IT, speaking the language of both worlds.
• An apprenticeship as an IT specialist (Fachinformatiker), either in application development or system integration.
• A career change with a strong IT affinity and broad know-how across many areas.

Additionally, we are looking for:

• A basic understanding of ERP systems and a good sense for interfaces and data flows, e.g., between logistics providers and the ERP.
• Openness and curiosity in using AI tools to implement such interfaces and automations.
• Initial programming skills are a plus, but not required.
• A structured, reliable, and solution-oriented approach, as well as initiative in handling technical tasks.
