We are a team of around 20 employees. What we're missing is a personality who thinks about production systematically – and has the courage to consistently advance it.

You will take responsibility for our workshop and production processes. You will develop them further, digitize them, lead the team – and have the freedom to truly shape them.

Responsibilities

Processes & Digitalization

• Integrate production workflows into the ERP system and consistently map them digitally.
• Identify weaknesses, analyze root causes, and implement solutions.
• Evaluate new technologies and implement them where they provide demonstrable added value.

Planning & Key Figures

• Proactively manage personnel deployment, capacities, and material flows.
• Introduce meaningful key performance indicators (KPIs) as steering instruments, not as ends in themselves.
• Systematize production planning and shift from reactive to proactive action.

Leadership & Growth

• Lead, develop, and guide the workshop team through change processes.
• Identify and develop new product fields in collaboration with sales.
• Act as the interface between the workshop and senior management.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in leading a workshop or production facility – this is a mandatory requirement.
• Practical ERP knowledge: You know how to make a system truly work.
• Entrepreneurial thinking: You recognize potential, not just problems.
• Analytical strength combined with a pragmatic, hands-on approach.
• Leadership personality who inspires and involves employees, rather than just driving them.
• Understanding of the mid-sized business sector (Mittelstand): Think big, act decisively.
