Our team is currently looking for new "Minds" – if you are an experienced Fullstack Developer (m/f/d) who enjoys project work and client consulting, and simultaneously wants to work at the cutting edge of modern AI-driven software development, then we have a great foundation for getting to know each other.

Responsibilities

• Develop and operate modern web applications with a focus on Java-based backend systems (e.g., Spring Boot).
• Design and implement scalable APIs and web services, ensuring their quality and performance.
• Implement features end-to-end, working at the interface between frontend (e.g., Angular, React) and backend.
• Integrate databases, external systems, and AI services (e.g., via APIs or models) into our applications.
• Evaluate and utilize AI-powered tools (e.g., for code generation, analysis, or automation) to make development processes more efficient.
• Analyze requirements together with Product Owners and stakeholders and translate them into technical solutions.
• Continuously optimize the performance, scalability, and stability of our systems.
• Document your solutions and work according to modern development standards and best practices (e.g., Clean Code, Code Reviews, DevOps).

Qualifications

• Completed degree in Computer Science or a comparable qualification – alternatively, impress us as a career changer with solid practical experience in software development.
• Very good knowledge of Java backend development (e.g., Spring Boot).
• Experience with APIs/Webservices as well as databases and ORM (e.g., JPA/Hibernate).
• Familiarity with fullstack development (frontend e.g., React, Angular).
• Initial experience with AI services or interest in their application.
• Value code quality and automated testing.
• Understand software architecture and can translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Work analytically, structurally, and as part of a team.
• Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
