About the Role

This role provides essential support in payment processing and data administration, focusing on routine and straightforward transactions. The position is designed to build foundational knowledge of core banking systems, processes, and controls while maintaining accuracy and efficiency in day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process standard payment transactions in line with established procedures and controls.
  • Maintain and update basic system data, ensuring accuracy and data quality.
  • Follow checklists and guidelines to minimize operational risk.
  • Respond to routine client queries and support basic transaction requests.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping and timely completion of time reporting.
