About the Role

This position offers essential support in payment processing and data administration, focusing on routine and straightforward transactions. The role emphasizes maintaining accuracy and efficiency in daily operations while developing a solid understanding of core banking systems, processes, and controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Process standard payment transactions in line with established procedures and controls.
• Maintain and update basic system data, ensuring accuracy and data quality.
• Follow checklists and guidelines to minimize operational risk.
• Respond to routine client queries and support basic transaction requests.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping and timely completion of time reporting.

About You (Qualifications)

• 0–1 year of experience in payment processing, banking, or administrative support, with basic knowledge of financial transactions.
• Proficiency in payment/banking systems and strong data entry skills with a focus on accuracy and data quality.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management, including accurate time reporting.
• Clear communication skills, customer-focused approach, and ability to follow procedures while escalating complex issues.
• Willingness to learn, adaptable mindset, and commitment to continuous improvement.
