About the Role

We are seeking a Technical Property Manager (m/f/d) for our partner company in Munich. This role involves the operational management and supervision of residential and commercial properties.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor residential and commercial properties during ongoing operations.
  • Conduct property inspections, assess maintenance needs, and support long-term planning for maintenance activities.
  • Oversee repairs, renovations, and damage management, coordinating with external service providers and craftspeople.
  • Ensure compliance with legal inspection obligations and manage technical projects such as conversions or modernizations.
  • Document implemented measures, maintain maintenance schedules, and collaborate closely with internal departments.

Qualifications

  • A technical degree or education, e.g., as a Building Technician (m/f/d), Master Craftsman (m/f/d), Civil Engineer (m/f/d), or in Facility Management, or a comparable qualification.
  • Professional experience in technical building management or property management.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations such as VOB, DIN standards, and operator responsibility.
  • Structured, independent, and goal-oriented work style, with strong teamwork skills.
  • Very good MS Office skills, ideally SAP experience, and a Class B driver's license.
