About the Company

Responsibilities

  • Planning, organization, and processing of financial and budgetary matters.
  • Assisting with budget control, expenditure review, and the creation of financial overviews and reports.
  • Supporting the preparation of annual financial statements, invoices, and financial analyses.
  • Preparing reports, analyses, and decision-making documents for internal committees.
  • Processing matters related to subsidies, grants, insurance, and cost accounting.

Qualifications

  • Completed training as a Verwaltungsfachwirt (m/f/d), Verwaltungsfachangestellter (m/f/d) with further training (BL II), or a comparable qualification.
  • Professional experience in public administration, preferably in finance administration, treasury, or budget planning.
  • Ideally, knowledge of municipal budget and cash law.
  • Responsible, reliable, and independent work ethic with a structured and careful approach.
  • Fluent German language skills.
