Responsibilities

• Crafting strategic communication, including campaigns, social media content, emails, and scripts.
• Bridging client needs with audience understanding through purposeful writing.
• Adapting to an intense pace and strategic delivery model.

Requirements

• Degree in Journalism, Advertising, Letters, or related fields (currently pursuing or completed).
• Portfolio with real text samples (campaigns, social media, email, scripts – any format).
• Comfortable using AI tools as a creative support.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple clients and simultaneous deadlines.
• MEI registration (PJ contract).

Desired Skills

• 2 years of experience in advertising or content writing.
• Experience in a communication agency.
• Familiarity with client briefs and approval processes.
• Interest or experience in B2B, financial, or institutional communication.
• Genuine curiosity about human behavior and culture.
