IT Compliance Specialist (Remote - Lithuania)

About the Role:
This remote role, based in Lithuania, focuses on ensuring compliance for in-house IT systems and processes. You will be responsible for managing IT documentation to guarantee adherence to standards, industry requirements, and internal policies, playing a crucial part in maintaining the integrity of our IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

  • Create, update, and process essential internal IT documents, including change control, risk assessments, computer system inventories, validation documents, and disaster recovery plans.
  • Generate and provide comprehensive IT documentation for both internal and external audits.
  • Participate actively in IT interviews during internal and external audits.
  • Respond to IT-related questions from sponsors and during the review of client and vendor agreements.
  • Follow up on the resolution of audit findings pertaining to IT compliance.
  • Support the development and update of IT-related documentation.
  • Participate in the development of departmental Quality System Documents (QSDs).
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with PSI QSDs, relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Participate in regular risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities within IT systems and processes.

Qualifications:

  • A College or University degree.
  • Prior experience in IT and compliance matters.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, with a strong ability to work with documents and processes.
  • Full working proficiency in English.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to build relationships at all organizational levels.
