Responsibilities

As Chief of Staff, you will work at the heart of the company – side by side with the executive management. You will translate strategy into implementation, take responsibility for critical company issues, remove obstacles, and ensure that things get done. You will thereby make a direct contribution to the growth and scaling of Falk Defence.

• You will be the right hand of the executive management, driving priorities and keeping implementation on track
• You will take responsibility for cross-functional projects with real business impact
• You will build and manage relationships with key suppliers and external partners
• You will create precise analyses, reports, and decision proposals for the executive management
• You will identify inefficiencies, solve problems, and continuously improve our ways of working
• You will ensure smooth operational business – from internal processes to office management
• You will act as a central interface between teams and align stakeholders towards common goals

Qualifications

• Excellent academic degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
• Strong ownership mentality and a highly proactive attitude
• Ability to work independently and with a high degree of detail accuracy
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Very proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
• In-depth military experience is a strong plus
• Fluent German and English language skills
• Citizenship of an EU or NATO member state (excluding USA) and willingness to undergo security vetting according to SÜG
